Eventful Raya Eve

I was robbed last Tuesday on the eve or Raya by to bloody malay bastards. Well more like a failed attempt, they didn't managed to get anything.

Was waiting for my house gate to open, when 2 fellers on a bike came and smashed my drivers windows. Luckily I managed to jump on the passenger seat so he could not get to me. The feller cabut when my dad came down.

Ended up with a few glass cuts and 4 stitches. Seeeee.......

MIRACLE 08

Miracle 08, a an annual charity event organised by Fitness First is taking place today at The Curve starting from 10am. It is in conjunction with Les Mills quarterly release of new programs. So come down and have a great workout and do your bit for charity.

• This is a charity event organised by Fitness First Malaysia with the objective of raising funds for non-profit organizations.
• This is a full day event with lots of fun such as new releases of Les Mills Group Exercise classes plus games and exciting activities.
• This will also raise funds for MERCY Malaysia - China Relief Fund & KIRTARSH Handicapped and Disabled Children's Home.

About Miracle Recipients

KIRTARSH Handicapped and Disabled Children's Home

• Established by Mr. Manivannan in Bukit Beruntung since July 2005.
• It is a non-profitable, non-political and non-religious centre established to provide vocational training, special education, shelter, food, medication and love.
• KIRTARSH accommodates about 47 residents with disabilities such as Down syndrome, autism, slow learners, spastic, audio impairment. They are also under privileged children and old folks whose age ranges from 3 to 84 years old from every part of Malaysia.
• The home needs your support in terms of:
  - To expand their study room due to limited space
  - A van to ferry the children to and from school, clinic, outdoor functions and other activities.
  - Fees for the home’s monthly expenses.

MERCY Malaysia

• MERCY Malaysia appeals to the public to donate to the China Relief Fund in their effort for immediate relief work to assist the victims of the recent earthquake that hit Sichuan Province.
• It is a non-profit organization focusing on providing medical relief and sustainable health related development for vulnerable communities.
• It was established in June 1999 by Datuk Dr. Jemilah Mahmood, an obstetrics-gynaecologist who offered her medical service voluntarily focusing on rapid medical response for the assistance of communities affected by the disaster.

Lost Police Station

Hello been quite a while back since I last posted anything. Been a bit busy with work and looks like its gonna get busier in the future. Anyway, I want to blog this quite a while a got but always forgot to take the pic. Well today I managed to get the picture.



Recently our police is setting up a lot of balai in shop lot which is a good thing. Make it easier for enforcement and reporting of any crimes. But........ this station seems to be lost :P

FYI the balai is in Taman Cheras Makmur not Taman Segar. Taman Segar is further down. Imagine the confusion when someone tells your to go to the balai at Taman Segar.

Anyway, me with my itchy hands removed it a while ago so now I have got no nail there =P
